Remember when I went to see the back doctor? And that he found nothing wrong with me?

I'm trying again tomorrow (at dawn – I should be in bed already), with an orthopedist from the same (largish) practice, who according to my physical therapist (to whom I talked on the phone) has already worked with cases somewhat similar to mine (ie. sacral nerves and links between lower back and pelvic pain).

And I don't particularly relish the idea of telling the new doctor that I am seeing him because I am not satisfied with his colleague (even though I am only questioning the former doctor's skills regarding my particular kind of problems about which he but admitted having no knowledge). But I should not feel guilty about asking for a second opinion, right?

Right.

Wish me luck.
